Introduction

The process for criminal investigation is a broad aspect that must be critically evaluated to reach a conclusion. In this case, I have considered myself as a crime scene investigator on a homicide to recover evidence, and build up the tests on evidences.

The Crime Scene

The case is about a crime scene of a homicide where a victim, girl, is stabbed thirteen times with no signs of robbery or lost. The family members were not at home when the crime took place. There was no wreckage of doors or windows; the only turmoil is in the kitchen where the victim laid dead.

Interpreting the Evidences

Firstly we will examine the evidences provided by at the crime scene. The condition of the victim's body shows signs of struggle and violence. The family's Alibi can be relevant if they show or present any suspicious reactions and statements to justify their part in the crime. However, members of the broken families are usually considered suspects of the crimes like the one we are discussing.

The victim was a clear target of assault rather than a scene of robbery or any other motives of the same kind. She was stabbed 13 times which can be considered as a proof of the intentions of the murderer as to make sure the victim is surely dead. He left no chances of her survival which supports our assumption that the attempt was made for reasons of murdering the victim and not stealing or robbery.

This was clearly a persona attack indicating that the struggle between the murderer and the victim would have been lasted for a long time and much forceful that marks of bruises were left on her body.
