Southwest Airline is the renowned American Airline. The Headquarter is based in Dallas, Texas. The Airline has largest operations in America. There are more than 3100 domestic flights across the United States. The USP of southwest airline is Low Cost. They use Boeing 737 for their operations. The human resource has been selected carefully in the organization. There are several application forms that the candidates must fill, give tests, performances, interviews, and physical examinations to join the organization. Southwest Airlines expends an allotment of energy in sustaining its workplace culture. Therefore, Southwest is the only major airline in the United States that has been money-making in each of the last five years. Furthermore, it has a good status as an employer. The company has 3400 employees (McNulty, 2001). Southwest Airline is an effective and efficient airline in the whole industry as well as giving importance to their stakeholders.
