Introduction

The focus of our discussion in this essay is on the use of effective communication model fro the development of effective communication among the human beings. From the three models of communication, the significant one is the transactional model, so we have selected that model fro our discussion and we have also provided how this model of communication can best fit in our daily communication practices.

The transactional model of human communication explains the process of communication in a best manner as this communication model deals with the communication that is carried out face to face. The channel between the follower and leader in this communication model contains three main factors. One factor is that of external noise. The external noise is the noise that takes place outside the one who is communicating like rattling of cars or talking of people. The second factor is of semantic noise that involves object categorization and naming of object or symbol.

The important element of transactional model of human communication is active listening. The active listening includes paying complete attention to one with whom you are communicating and also to the message they are seeking to convey.

Prior Experiences

The effects of our prior experiences truly reflects our perception of present, in particular if we have a experience with a certain emotion of positiveness, this will give us cues, but may not be the exact memory that was experienced (Opperud, 2004, p. 138).
