Introduction

In this glamorous world, there is no single person has left connected without Television. From the company's perspectives, Print media is the best way to focus on their targeted customers for their product, although there are some strict restrictions that have been required to follow by the advertising companies because breaks such laws cause bad image over customer mind due to ethical violations (Advertising Standards Authority, 1991). This paper has aim to explore the issues that has raise in different advertisement of United Kingdom. To explore the causes of actual reason, we have discussed three cases that have related the violence of advertisement usage under the law of United Kingdom. At the end of these cases we will also analyze that how clearance bodies of advertisement play their role in order to stop such violence in different advertisement.

Role of Clearance Center

Committee of Adverting Practice (CAP) and the committee of broad casting practices (BCAP) are the major bodies who are responsible for the revising and writing the United Kingdom rules of Adverting codes. These bodies are responsible ensuring that these rules are taking in place for the effecting and proportionate protecting consumers, business and society. Every single advertisement before going it on air has a need to get clearance from the bodies that make sure that there is should be no unethical data has involved in that advertisement which breaks the rule. The clearance bodies have set the advertising standards codes to make enforcement that takes the responsibilities about ASA practices ruling thought the committee of the practiced of adverting, which is also representing the main bodies in industry to representing advertisers such as media owner and other agencies (www.asa.org.uk). According to American Academy Of Advertising, (1992) Some principles have been sets by the adverting companies that should be follows by theses bodies that make sure that this advertisement should not mislead their components of advertisement, not harm and negative effect from the viewer point and also does not offend. The advertising rules and regulation of the A02 is the important to analyze the application about main principles of the advertising codes. This is also considered that these principles are applied in the fair manner that acknowledging about the interpretation of fair varied (O'keefe, 1968).

These clearance bodies give the consistently to create the certainty and allows the advertising companies to known their knowledge that what are the actual boundaries for them that they should follow. The major option that provide by these bodies is the availability of flexibility that cause to judge about individual merit.
