The Cabin Crew (TCP), which previously known as flight attendants, are responsible for caring for passengers on the aircraft they need. That is its most visible role, but not the most important, since TCP is also responsible for ensuring passenger safety at all times and especially in emergency situations (Rogers 2006). The TCP program knows their work-day flight, days and day's off-guard with a month in advance.
