Introduction

On the business models, there are many literatures based on ever-growing that are analyzed by consultants, academics and research centre. Some of them speak about the “business models based on Internet while some of them indicate as “Business models on the web” or some groups of researcher defines as “eBusiness models”. Most of consultants and researchers are agreed that the interest regarding the traditional business models that are transformed are raised because of the increasing growth of Information and Communication Technologies. It is also used for developing the new business models for the purpose of exploiting opportunities that are become useful by the technological innovations (www.asiaweek.com). Thus, the discussion has become more critical and important nowadays regarding the impact of the Internet and business models. It depends on the investigators' research interests, background, objectives and their viewpoint for motivating towards studying the business models. Researchers and consultants are aware of these influencing factors that improve the overlaps, potential conflicts and complementarities of their opinions and views (www.asiaweek.com). There are a number of objectives that are most prominent in order to study business models;

1.Understand the mechanisms and important elements in a particular domain of business and its associations.

2.Sharing and communicating the business model's understanding among the technology stakeholders and business.

3.For the Information Systems, specify certain valid requirements in order to support the business model.

4.Determine alternatives for improving and changing the current business model.

5.For determining whether the current business models are easily adoptable towards the new concepts and assess the new business initiatives' viability, experiment with business concepts of innovation.

Key Concepts of E-Business Model

There are many categories that are defined and based of various trading partners. For example, Business to Consumer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), Consumer to Business (C2B), Government to Citizen (G2C), People to People (P2P), Citizen to Government (C2G), Organization Unit to Organization Unit (O2O) and Exchange to Exchange (E2E). All transactions based on e-business are done through the electronic media such as communication networks and computers without using the operations based on face to face (Afuah and Tucci 200, pp.04-12). The business e-applications have three principal categories that are as follows;

1.E-marketplaces or electronic markets: selling and buying goods and services

2.Customer services: handling customers' complaints, providing customer services, help, tracking orders from etc. facilitating and

3.Inter-organizational systems: facilitate and assist intra and inter organization flow of goods, services, collaboration, information and communication.

Theories of E-Business Model

According to several authors, transformations of internet based organizations are taking place in companies and industries along with the success of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). It helps an organization to make its structure in a way to become more flexible, efficient, forecasting future scenarios and to responsive towards the demand of customer in order to be competitive in the era of internet (Afuah and Tucci 200, pp.04-12).
