At the same time, Hip Hop dance has changed to appeal to mainstream viewers who only know the culture through film and video, over the last twenty years, Hip Hop has transformed into a multimedia performance art that reflects our technological society while continuing to mirror the hopes and dreams, and fears, of the African Americans who invented it (Potter, 1995, Pp.78).

This dance, which became a cult classic, has turned into a whole stratum of modern culture, which includes various components: music, graffiti, a certain style of clothing. Having being born in the late 70s and with the advent in 1981, the international dance organization (IDO), has evolved from a simple street dance competition in the dance discipline. Hip-Hop, as a rule, danced on the eighth note, with a characteristic bounce and based mainly on the various jumping movements. Modern competitive hip-hop today is a bright and exciting spectacle, and is the most popular dance styles around the world, in which are held the World Championships and World Cups (Kugelberg, 2007, pp.12).
