Introduction

It is not new, by the nature of the environments in which they are embedded, and for the notion that in ways that are fundamental, the organizations are shaped. Efforts to improve processes or systems must be driven by reliable data, it is difficult whether we have in fact achieved improvement and to know exactly what to improve, unless we measure. To the function of quality improvement in any organizational service, analyzing and collecting and data are therefore central. Fundamentally it requires us to understand how we can influence them to achieve improvement, what factors affect delivery and what is happening in the delivery of our organizational services. The growth of businesses can cause several issues to the business. They may have to face challenges that they are unfamiliar with. In order to manage growth, businesses need to develop effective strategies and hire regional managers in order to sustain the growth. Several businesses lack the ability to cope with the transition from a local business to an international business. Therefore, before expanding into international markets, businesses need to first analyze their potential and skills. The advantage of being a global business is that such businesses have a lot of adventure managing their business internationally. Although there are high risks involved in taking the business internationally the rewards can be significant.

Discussion

Globalization and global entrepreneurs have led organizations to relate strategically to their environments. The entrepreneurs have an important and tough task of managing their business in several countries. Their task is not simple as it involves complex decisions and forecasts that ordinary managers cannot perform. Although uncertain, the benefits of expanding internationally can lead to a substantial increase in profits if the entrepreneur manages it well. There is always a possibility that by expanding globally, the business will expand at a pace which will not be manageable. Hence, entrepreneurs will have to find new ways of managing their business. It is also possible the expansion of the business globally will lead to losses which can eventually force the business to reconsider its decision and in severe cases, shutting down the entire business may seem to be the only solution (Scott, 2007).
