CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION

1.1 Overview of the topic

Performance analysis begins with organizational analysis to determine the vision, mission, goals, and strategies of an organization. There is a reason because of which the Church has been added in the perspective to include nuclear and extended. For the purpose of this paper the organizations are the institutions of education and the Christian Church (nuclear), including personal development and the application of relationship with Jesus to Christian teachers'profession. The nuclear church is the traditional congregational gatherings on Sundays, and the extended church is the scattered body of believers throughout the workplace the other six days of the week. Alignment coaching is aligning biblical practices and applying the learning to Christian teacher's professional performance.
