Introduction

Rachel Whiteread born in London in 1963 is now a young sculptor, leading the Great Britain. Sequels to his studies at Brighton Polytechnic and at London's Slade School of Fine Art, she began her career practicing casts of objects from daily life and parts of his body: ear 1986. Early Practice

Rachel Whiteread began her practice in a time of great change in art.
