Gambrills states that there is a feature, which is worth notable in the evidence based practice process that is meeting the expectations of the clients by ensuring that the perceived value is delivered. The level of participation that is extended by the client should also be appreciated and welcomed when it comes to making decisions.

Social work that is based on evidence includes that the clients should be informed participants when it comes to researching about the practice and when the information is shared when it comes to the decision making process. If there is no such evidence that is found suitable then it is the responsibility of the practitioner to describe the rationale that is the premise when it comes to recommending the clients

It also suggests the fact that evidence based approach when it comes to learning can enhance the practitioner's ability to aid the clients in providing the opportunities to have accessibility to the evidence that is newly generated, the opportunity to update the practitioners knowledge and have performance improvement. If such instance is not allowed then it is bound to be a subject to deterioration.
