Introduction

United States of America is the only place in the whole globe where the presence of racism is in larger repugnance. If we compare different sorts of offenses, it would be revealed to us that, in United States these offenses are more reprehensible. In the societies of United States of America, the offences of killing, arson, robbery and rape are so common that the public and media portray these stories almost every day but the most significant phenomenon that is shrugged off as part and parcel of the inescapable texture of the life of America. Racism is the phenomenon that is never shrugged off. Racism is crime is also a major factor for the African Americans (Bernard, 2003). Crime is a complex pattern of illegal activity that includes the gambling, prostitution, loan sharking, narcotics trafficking and different types of planned and coordinated acts of fraud, theft and extortion. Criminals' uses the techniques and organizational structure of legitimate business to facilitate its illegal activities.

Discussion

There is no single factor that predisposes a person to behave in a violent manner or engage in criminal activity. In general, all people commit crimes, regardless of how old they are or where they come from. Crucially, in any life situation they are in and what their experiences have them to doctrine and violence. For example, homeless people who try to criminal behavior to get food or persons excluded from society for some reason and are trying to attract attention or to reduce their frustration. Also, people that have seen many problems in their life are often violent to express their grief. There are many other reasons why people can become criminals (Deutsch, 2008).

Poverty is not the direct cause of violent crime. If it were, given the breadth and depth of poverty in our society, violence is really terrifying. Most people who live in poverty are working hard to maintain one or more unstable and poorly paid jobs, improve their skills or education or preserve their family and community despite a host of negative circumstances, some do it all. We should all be appreciative of what these people are doing and their commitment to a society that is disappointing in many ways. In our opinion, poverty can lead to lack of self-esteem, feelings of oppression, despair and lack of empathy or sense of belonging, impulsivity and other immediate risk factors for three different ways, but related:

The level of poverty: the extent of relative deprivation experienced by poor people;

The concentration of poverty in definable geographic areas where negative impacts grow and mutually reinforcing, straining, when does not completely eliminate, the capacity of families and communities to provide positive balances;

The circumstances of poverty, those in which the people who need it most are private services and facilities that we take for granted because these facilities are not available locally, are not available or are too expensive or for all these reasons at once, which cut far too ...
