Human Rights

Introduction

“Human rights” is the term which is frequently used, but it is hardly defined. Human rights refer to those rights of human beings that belong to every person - elder or infant, boy or girl, man or woman, as far as they are humans. They symbolize the basic standards exclusive of that people may not recognize their intrinsic human dignity.

Discussion

All human beings are born equal are far as rights, and dignity are concerned, according to The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Humans are bestowed with conscience and reason and must act in brotherhood spirit. Human rights naturally are the vital part for any individual in their belongingness with the society and government. It refers a shared knowledge that there are few particular rights, which must belong to every human regardless of their social status. Human rights are both practical and abstract. They embrace up the stirring vision of a peaceful, justice and free world and establish least standards for how both insinuations and individuals must treat human beings (Bielefeldt, 90-121). Human rights also allow people to take action to defend and demand their rights, as well as others' rights. Human rights like right to life, freedom of speech and religion are three explicit rights that each individual must have, apart from their nationality, ethnic background, gender, religion and race.

One of the basic human rights that each individual must have refers to the right to life refers to the conviction that an individual has a fundamental rights to live, and not to be murdered by anyone. This right was endorsed by the United States Declaration of Independence (1776), this declaration asserts that no individual may be underprivileged of life apart from no reason, which cannot ever underestimated even in emergency conditions.
