Introduction

Education is not only the backbone of any society, but is also the most essential and important of all the social institutions, that forms the basis of success or failure of any society. A look at the pages of history proves that nations the granted importance to the issue of education and considered it seriously were the ones that succeeded, while other were lost in oblivion.
