Need for Adult Education Program

Plan of Action for Adult Education program focuses on the need to ensure that all adults are provided with better access to training, while removing barriers to persistence. The measures proposed in this regard addresses the challenges of stimulating demand for educational as well as vocational training, welcome, advise and assist the adult learners, offer adult services tailored to their situation, and foster collaboration and association of the partners. This means training and education that extends throughout life and is based on the diversification and intensification of training provision to meet the needs of adults and to provide adequate support to them.

The teacher's role is to help the learner to become aware of their need to learn and explain to students that the training aims to improve efficiency and quality of life. Adults are aware of being responsible for their own decisions and their lives. They need to be seen and treated by others as individuals capable of managing themselves. Adults arrive in training with experience. Their identity was formed from experience, do not take into account is rejecting them as a person.
