APRN's are highly-valued in the health care industry. A licensee who is authorized by the Board so that he/she can practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) must finish 20 contact hours of targeted continuing education in the area of advanced practice role. The Board usually is able to approve broad categories of APRNs which includes that of a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), Nurse Midwife (CNM), Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), and Nurse Practitioner (NP).

This keeps the patient busy and helps them continue using cognitive skills as long as possible. It also keeps the patient safe. For someone who is qualified to actually work with patient and tend to medical needs if necessary would cost approximately $120 per day.
