The association between human evolution and the food is an important relationship. Neanderthal hominids, lived in Europe and the Middle East for more than 150 thousand years, often facing extremely cold climates. Given this situation, the availability of food was scarce, their physique, much stronger than ours, and their big brains, indicate that they must have high-calorie diets, with generous portions of food of animal origin.
