Need analysis is a research technique for making inference from different scopes, and available option of needs to the context of their subject to the field in which one has a need. However, being a student; therefore, my need analysis will be depending upon the selection of appropriate educational institution along with the lucrative field of specializing my education for a better future. Concerns in Education

Individuals can have need for anything, and they have to apply an in-depth analysis for selection of best potential availability. The history of medical parallels and reflects changing social values and financial needs. In the 20th and 21st centuries, medical systems gets challenged to respond to issues of equality and achievement, as people have sought to live up to the democratic ideals on which nations get formed, as well as meet ongoing economic and defence needs. From the change to an industrial economy in the early 20th century to the emerging information and technological economy of the 21st century, medical institutions have been the primary mode for the transmission of cultural values and the preparation of children for adult roles as responsible citizens and workers (Krol, Condoor, & Jansson, 2001, pp. 184-206).

Concerns about medical have led to a variety of actions, including federal mandates to demonstrate instructional efficacy through high-stakes testing; emphases on nursing, instruction, and assessments that help patients acquire health and to motivate improvement of life. Additionally, overall patient's performance and health gaps among various groups of patients have resulted in questions regarding medical officer quality (Wright, & Wilkinson, 1998 pp. 1310-1313).

Discussion

Assessment of needs from the individual learner's perspective is an important part of any instructional program design, and it can benefit both nurses and patients alike. Thus, research has unequivocally shown that early intervention plays a crucial role in improving early development and positively affecting long-term outcomes for patients at risk for health problems. Some patients in need of intervention get identified at birth, or soon after, by medical personnel. Other children gets identified during the early childhood, preschool years when they fail to meet cognitive, motor, communication, or adaptive behaviour developmental milestones or exhibit behaviours that are not in keeping with typical development (Cavanaugh, & Keith, 2005, pp. 14-23).
