Autonomic Neurovascular Dysfunction between Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 with and Without Hyperlipidemia

[Name of the Institute]

ABSTRACT

Diabetes Mellitus is one of the common diseases among a large population in U.K. the patients suffer with the Autonomic neurovascular dysfunction as they frequency suffer from decreasing sugar levels. Therefore, the aim of the research was:

To compare the Autonomic neurovascular dysfunction among the diabetes mellitus type 2 with hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus type two with out hyperlipidemia.

To identify the best diagnosis and treatment methods of diabetes mellitus type 2 with hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus type two with out hyperlipidemia.

It is important to analyse the severity of this disease among the diabetes mellitus type 2 with hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus type two with out hyperlipidemia, therefore the research focus on the co relational study to compare and contrast the two groups of patients, for this purpose, a sample of 100 participants are selected who are selected from the diabetic unit. The patients will be given treatments for specified period of time and the results will be calculated to determine which is the effective method of treating diabetes mellitus type two with and without out hyperlipidemia. Secondly, the health conditions will be analysed of the groups that will provide an account of the occurrence of Autonomic neurovascular dysfunction and if hyperlipidemia increasing the chances of this disease.

Methods and Materials- The correlational study design was selected for this result. The subject's treatment results and the frequency of AND was analysed by the frequencies and the Pearson's correlation. In terms of the data collection and analysis, the hypotheses were tested on the two groups of participants. The correlations to be tested were about how patients with diabetes mellitus type two with and without hyperlipidemia compare to each other. The significance level of 0.05 was kept to determine the favourability of the results. The study compared the current and after the experiment results of the subjects to determine the most effective treatment method and the comparison between the diabetes mellitus type 2 with hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus type two with out hyperlipidemia having Autonomic neurovascular dysfunction.

Results- It was found that the greatest number of the patients with diabetes mellitus type with showed the highest occurrence of AND with a frequency of 44% with a Pearson's correlation of 0.181. The second group showed average severity to Autonomic neurovascular dysfunction as compared to the first group with a frequency of 32 percent. It represents a weak correlation between the two groups. For the second correlation, it is shown that for 40 percent of the subjects, the dose of Pravastatin was best when suffering from diabetes mellitus type two hyperlipidemia. For the third correlation, insulin treatment is most relevant since they do not engage into the complication arising from hyperlipidemia. This is shown in the average frequency percentage of 44 percent with most number of patients showing disagreement with the use of Pravastatin.

It can be said that the chances of AND become greater as the patients suffer with hyperlipidemia. The reason is the higher ...
