Bad Leadership

In 2004, an American author, Barbara Kellerman, published a book called "Bad leadership: what it is, how it happens, why it matters" which suggests that the toxicity of lead can be analyzed in seven different types are "incompetent" can not generate positive changes, the "rigid" it is unable to adapt to new ideas, "intemperate" who lost in a continuous self with increased risks, the "callous" that ignores the needs and desires the other the "corrupted" who lies and steals, the "isolated" that neglects the welfare of those outside their group but that their actions depend on finally, the "evil" committed to using the horrors of physical and psychological pain as an instrument of power.
