Introduction

Aromatherapy is a technique of natural medicine which, because of its preventive and curative actions energy, strengthens natural immunity and the ability to heal itself. It is not intended to replace conventional medicine or offer universal remedies, and should associate it with a healthy lifestyle and balanced (Balchin and Maria, 2006). A key to aromatherapy, beauty tips, well-being and care!

It allows, for example, treating:

A.Headaches with lavender and chamomile.

B.Warts with thuja.

C.Fungal infections with the combination of lavender with sage and rose.

D.Circulatory disorders with cypress.

What is aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is based on the use of natural essential oils that are extracted from trees, shrubs, herbs and flowers from around the world. It is a holistic discipline that helps the physical, mental and spiritual. Through aromatherapy seeks to surface the innate healing processes within each person, in response to the aromas (Schnaubelt and Kurt, 1999). Aromatherapy is a therapeutic method based on essential oils. These oils are extracted from plants by distillation, maceration, or pressing. This produces a concentrate of the benefits of the plant. Aromatherapy is used to mitigate, relieve pain, and heal. It also helps to invigorate and tone the body, increase the natural defenses. Accompanied by a healthy lifestyle (sports and exercise, positive thinking, breathing and relaxation, food, water, sleep, etc.), aromatherapy eliminates much of the stress, promotes the spirit, and the joy of living, increased physical, mental, sexual and spiritual performance (National Research Council, 2003). The path to "Natural Health" starts with good self-knowledge, and some daily exercises to feel responsible for their health.

So-called "alternative medicine", aromatherapy is pleasant to use, natural and effective, if used wisely. By cons, says contrary to what most manuals found on the market or on the Internet is to use very complex and within the expertise of health professionals.
