Introduction

The term “Whistle-blowing” is usually considered as the professional view point of morality. The idea of choice and happiness of the professional as depraved is rejected by morality, from the viewpoint of professional morality. Morality rejects the idea of choice and the happiness of the professional as depraved. However the shocking retaliations besides the envoy of the fact make it essential for morality to escape a way out of blowing the whistle. This is the reason it is forges the duties, to perform the duty of the unrestricted agreed set of professional codes. They are hired in some of the organizations to keep an eye on the operations of the organization and they have to observe the particulars with respect to the consequences of the event that perform in an organization. Although, it isn't possible to hold the whistle blowers as the heroes and they are not the mandatory in terms of the organizational hierarchy. Moreover, this tends to create the pressure over the few of them who tend to value the good deeds and try to make them compatible with the belief of morality and endeavor to be consistent into the main characteristics of professional morality.

Whistle blowing is the act that was designed in order to facilitate the present or the previous employees that what they believe and right of disclosing their belief the unethical or illegal issues or patterns to the higher authority internally as well as the external or public authority. Whistle blowing is the debate between the two groups, some perceive the whistle blowers as the hero who considers the organizational norms and the values higher than the loyalty and they considered as the defenders of the organization's values and code of ethics. Whereas, some believe that the whistle blowers tend to violate the ethical barriers and the codes of ethics that are being followed and they infringe the loyalty of the norms within the organization. Whistle blowing is known as the battle between the lower level of the staff (Labor) and the management, it is an unending battle of controlling the work and the workplace with respect to the morality.
