Building an Ethical Organization: Inner Peace Behavioral Health Clinic

The Organization

At Inner Peace Behavioral Health Clinic, we do not treat patients in the traditional doctor-patient manner. We treat them as friends who need help; through love, compassion and trust. Positive reinforcement is our strongest tool. Often, patients have become so distraught that they suffer from low self esteem. Our goal is to remind them that they are no different from anybody else. They have the potential to lead happy, successful and healthy lives. They too can maintain pleasant relationships, find satisfying employment and feel secure in their environment. All this begins at Inner Peace Behavioral Health Clinic.

Management, staff and even patients actively partake in society. We charge a nominal fee for our services and the organization is run on donations funds setup by philanthropists from all over the world. The art created by our children, teenagers and seniors is auctioned at our annual charity ball. The grounds are maintained by staff and volunteers from nearby schools, colleges and social groups.

Our doors are open to people from all walks of life. We treat people irrespective of race, creed, religion or age. Inner Peace Behavioral Health Clinic was set up as a service to humanity and will remain as such.

Treatment is planned, administered and monitored by an inter-professional team consisting of social workers, psychiatrists, activity therapists, nurses, technicians, health coaches and motivational speakers. Our programs include the following.

Treatment is administered in the form of group therapy, activity therapy, individual treatment and if required family consultations. We also treat adolescents with a history of substance abuse via a modified 12 step program. Adolescents also receive school through licensed teachers. These programs ...
