This could be a shortage of experienced leaders to support the firm's national expansion strategy or a shift to a new organizational structure with an emphasis on self-managed teams.

Introduction
As part of the research activity we intend to investigate the satisfaction of customers at the refectory of NCN. We conducted a statistical analysis of data from the results obtained from the customers. From this research we hope to find out the level of satisfaction of customers who regularly visit the refectory and what their views are on the service as a whole. We are interested in discovering this information so that quality, variety and service are examined so that it enables NCN to recognize the success of their refectory. This information will help NCN to further improve their services and create a better refectory for its customers. This survey should also indentify the negative areas of the refectory that need improving. The data will be collected through a questionnaire, below are the possible sampling methods that can be used when collating the data.
There are many factors that can have an impact on the results and may lead to the results being biased. Factors that may lead to bias results are things such as people's life style, and people have different social desires. The use of the questionnaire in the study will allow participants to describe their own experiences of the refectory rather than inferring this from other participants, however, the difficulty of using questionnaires in a study is that participants may not always respond truthfully and may want to portray themselves in a socially desirable way. Furthermore, not all customers may be willing to participate in the study as time is a big factor. This means that it can become difficult to communicate with customers as they may not have the time to do so. These problems can be possibly be solved by conducting a pilot questionnaire to test the effectiveness of the research methodology (Roberts & Dowling, 2002 Pp. 1077-1093).
To conclude, we will use convenience sampling of 90 customers to gain a variety of results from different types of people. To gain this information from random people will make it fair rather than chosen people.
