In the context of the information provided it tends to become quite clear that the training provided to a group of 12 new Citizen Services Officers (CSOs) did not serve its purpose. However, there are many factors, which tend to, be considered before jumping onto any conclusion or suggesting recommendation so that the future training programs can serve their purpose. Those factors tend to include issues such as the efficiency and affectivity of training in relation to the everyday problems the Citizen Services Officers (CSOs) tends to face. Another issue which should also be kept in view that was the management on board. However, the most decisive factor is the structural design of the training session which Citizen Services Officers (CSOs) received.

Another area also needs to be sorted out before moving further is to pin point the whether the clear instructions were given to the newly appointed Citizen Services Officers (CSOs) or not (George & Mary, 2009). The quality of the material also tends to be considered before moving further along with the environment that served in order to give training to the modern Citizen Services Officers. In my opinion, the way training plan stood lacked depth; it seemed as if the training schedule got a kick to its birth in a hurry without considering the factors such as holidays. The training plan that tends to be implemented also lacked the equal distribution to each of the area. Since every area is important for the growth of the company, plus it seems that the trainer along with the material uses also was not sufficient to meet the desired results of the training(Tom, 2010).

The prove of which is that not a single or a couple of Citizen Services Officers (CSOs) lacked in one area or the other, but the whole group of 12 newly appointed Citizen Services Officers (CSOs) suffered. Trainings should be seen as an investment and, therefore, should be done in an innovative manner involving basic tricks of the trade. Better training plan needs to be implemented in the future along with an authority that tends to overlook and assist the trainer in order to effectively transfer the information. Based on that the future trainers needs to be selected, or those can be appointed as trainer who tends to perform extraordinarily. Before throwing the newly appointed Citizen Services Officers (CSOs) into the field, they should be passed through a mechanism which only tends to filter those Citizen Services Officers (CSOs) which have understood every aspect of the game. Plus with every two to three new employees an older member of the concerned staff needs to be attached in order to further clarify any confusion.

The current group of new employees should be inducted into the training by providing them with the environment where they tend to learn more (Andrew, 2008). The company's needs and objectives should be clearly explained to them plus what tends to be expected out of them.
