This organization is also responsible for managing business operations, advertising and motorsports of Toyota Motor Corporation in Australia. Another important operation of this organization is to market and advertise Lexus in Australia. Toyota Motor Corporation, Australia is a very important organization for Australia. There are a number of key positions that are responsible for the effective management of this organization. Effective management is the key to the success of this organization in Australia to achieve its objectives and the core purpose to assist the head company in Japan (Hino, 2006, pp. 14). The two key positions that have been selected to elaborate within this organization are the positions of a Chief Executive Office or Head of the company and the Operations Manager of the company. A brief description of the work requirements of the Chief Executive Officer and the Operations Manager of the company is presented as follows.

The Chief Executive Officer is referred to the head of the company and is in charge of leading and directing the organization's staff towards a focused objective. A Chief Executive Officer is the highest ranked manager in the company and is assigned responsibilities and duties according to the needs and requirements of the organization.
