Executive Summary

The business concept is regarding development of an entertainment facility, which will satisfy the fans of motorsports, and also will be great destination for family outing and tourism. The motorsport facility will be located at the eastern tip of Singapore.

Mission of the business includes:

1.To develop state of the art Sport Facility

2.To provide best facilities to racing teams

3.To provide multiple entertainment avenues for general public

Venue Facilities include, the Racing Facilities, Entertainment Facilities, and Public Services. The major source of revenue for the business will be through sales of racing event tickets. The second primary source of revenue will be television and marketing rights. There are great opportunities to earn millions in revenue through this facility. Currently the facility can provide seating to 60,000 people. This capacity will be increased to 80,000 seats by the end of 2015. Our business model is dynamic and diversified, and due its effectiveness, our revenues will exceed the initial costs by the end of year 3.

The project is named Changi Motor Hub. The USD 220 million projects will be one of its kinds sport and entertainment venue built in Singapore.

Location

The motorsport facility will be located at the eastern tip of Singapore.

Value Proposition

This new proposed destination will provide a new venue of entertainment to the people of Singapore and fans around the world. The venue will attract millions of sport lovers as well as, non-lovers through the number of entertaining facilities. The facility will also contain public service facilities and business opportunities to small businessmen. This vision will be supported by the following identified missions of the business (Henry et.al, 2007).
