Abstract

The study addresses the question if human resource management is a necessity of a hurdle to management focusing on the Lansing Entertainment and Public Facilities Authority. Since the nature of the research is descriptive therefore, the study uses an online survey design. The sample population is the employees who are asked about their opinion on the current human resource practice and how they impact their performance. From the findings, it can be said that for employees human source department is imperative in looking after the benefits, working conditions and employee satisfaction. However, from the responses it can be said that a participative human resource management style is imperative for organizational success.
