Anemia has been declared as one of the nutritional disorder in the world. The causes and types of Anemia vary for every human being. It is a condition that is created when the body stops or starts producing very less amounts of blood cells and hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is the most vital component of the red blood cell. If in a person's body there are very less and abnormal red blood cells and on the same time it has very less hemoglobin then the body will not be able to generate any oxygen which can cause breathing problems in the body. Anemia results when many parts of the body are not functioning properly and creating any kind of deficiency or weaknesses in the body. In recent times the blood condition among the Americans has deteriorated and it has been estimated that there are 3.5 million Americans who are suffering from this disease. It has been stated that people especially women who have any chronic diseases have a greater risk of getting Anemia.
