Introduction

Green Mountain Resort's organizational manager Mr. Gunter reflect over several issues, which were deterring the process of employee growth and results in high employee turnover problem. Since, the developers start planning the facilities implementation, the developer does not foresee and predict Green Mountain Resort sustainability in a long-run (Palmer, Dunford & Akin, 2009). Being organizational leaders, they designed an outstanding idea that was very success, but they were not able to facilitate and execute growth, which would lead the organization to the subsequent phase as the organizational leaders had not made ample vision and goals for the company's future growth. Such major mistakes made it hard for the company to grow as the company is spending large amount of money on new employees training. The in-depth study of Green Mountain Resorts will facilitates in exploring the recognition of which image acknowledged the changing turnover assumption, what impacts were made in handling the problems of turnover, the exportation in selecting another change image to the problem of turnover, and to build an appropriate conclusion at the beginning of the chapter.

Discussion

In the beginning, Gunter took more of change image being a director of the company. Being a director, he instantly recognized an immense problem of turnover at Green Mountain Resort; along with establish an objective to solve the problem. Gunter also employed a consultant, who serves as a mentor for employees to revolutionize the turnover problem.
