Introduction

Romero Ltd. Is a multinational organization, thus it is understandable why its outdated organizational strategies have not been working out. Organizational goals must never stray from the research done with respect to Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness. This is a particular goal that is exclusive and effectively applicable to multinational organizations. Leadership qualities do not only relate to creating a viable environment. It is a significant concept used in every aspect of our lives since, even in the most democratic situations, there must be someone in charge.
