Introduction

In the module six of this course all the first five modules will be integrated and their outcomes will be presented in a coherent manner in order to conclude this course. Throughout the course the things that are discussed is completely related to the change and performance management. Changing the working environment will automatically result in the performance and thus it also demands discussion on the performance management system of an organization so that the management can be viewed holistically. In the last module a system feedback loop has been designed for the client company in order to increase the performance of that company. Below is the reflection of that module as this paper would also focus on benefits organization can enjoy by incorporating system feedback loop.

Change Management and Its Significance in an Organization

According to the past studies it is observed and proved that the organizational behaviors are influenced by various factors. These factors depend on different theories, moreover, past researchers worked on different aspect of a single phenomenon. In addition, the organizational behavior was considered as to be influenced by the classical approach which was helpful for identifying and resolving the initial or the minor problems that were pertaining to the organization (Bovet & Yossi, 1998).

Leaders or the managers are usually familiar with word "Change Management" if they are working within a large corporation or organization. Change management has been around for a while but this term has become very common among organizations and corporations that it initiates changes to processes including both tasks and organizational culture. A change management is a set of processes that are employed to make sure that changes have been implemented in ordered, controlled and systematic way.

Organizational strategy is a systemic concept, made up of essential parts which are independently distinguishable but which together forms a new and better strategy which ultimately affect the whole organization in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of the organizational productivity. With reference to change management, in module 5 system feedback loop has been introduced for a business in order to improve the efficiency of business by consistently taking feedback of customers and employees so that process of improvement can be incorporate as a main strategic point of discussion. In order to measure the effectiveness of any change it must be ensure by the company that the new system is complying with the basic principles of change management.

Basic Principles for Change Management

Change management is only possible if some specific principles are being followed. Here is information about basic principles that must be in knowledge for anyone who manage changes in organization:

Different people will react differently on proposed changes (the system feedback loop is designed to take the feedback so even if anyone would have problem with this change than they should proposed the solutions along with highlighting the problem)

Everyone has fundamental needs that should be considered (In this system need for everyone has been considered)
