Work Environment has taken many changes in the recent past. Women have started working for themselves and their family, in order to lead a better life. They stay away from home for a while, and the children have to spend the day in Childcare. Children living in Childcare organizations do not receive the same guidance and learning from the Child Care as they receive from their own organization. Even the children getting informal care from nannies and grandparents do not receive the same care, and guidance that they receive from their own parents. Moreover, children have to face a negative impact on learning and development, when they live under them. Children living under their grandmothers experienced negative affect including various behavioral challenges (Rosenstock & Rosenstock, 1985).

Discussion

There are pros and corns of admitting children in Health care centers. They might good education and training in such centers, but the love and care parents can provide, no one can replicate it. Children miss the emotional love and attention they get from their parents. They are in the best position to deal with the problems children are facing. Parents must find a balance between their work and family life, so they can give maximum time to their children. Probably, mothers can work for half day, and dedicate the remaining time to their children.

In the recent years, several ethical issues have also risen in the health care industry, and the primary focus has shifted from Hospital to Home Settings. Children and Individuals with special needs are treated more and more at home these days. It has resulted in complex situations as less skilled workers have started providing their services at home.
