Children are the greatest gifts to their parents, and their parents are always concerned about their kid. However, there are various occasions on which the parents over look the possible problems that the children can face while performing the activities. Moreover, the paper will discuss the hazardous activities that children can enter because of their childish behavior and what parents should do when children face such complex scenarios (Pride, 1985, pp. 12-30).

Discussion

The playgrounds and facilities for children to play outdoors are useful for your child to have fun, fresh air and exercise, but can also pose some risks. The faulty equipment, disorganized surfaces and reckless behavior are some of the dangers of carrying playgrounds each year, more than 200,000 children are treated in hospital emergency departments for injuries sustained in accidents in playgrounds. Many of these injuries could have been avoided with proper supervision. Parents can help prevent playground accidents by taking some precautions, ensuring that there are adults who are supervising the games and any equipment that you play a child is appropriate for their age and maturity. Adults can watch the children and help prevent injuries by ensuring that these properly using the parks and facilities that do not behave recklessly. If an injury occurs, an adult can help the child and give first aid immediately (Abbots, 1984, pp. 145-150).

Children have a tendency to explore strange things, and it seems like they are on a mission. Thus, even the activities that they perform in the home are not safe for them and can have hazardous effects. However, one may not be wrong if he say that the bathroom is not a secure place for their children. Washroom is wet, and there are various things that are harmful for your children, and they can severely injure themselves by going to the washroom. Therefore, some precautions can be taken by parents to solve this problem to some extent. They should keep high and closed cabinets with creams, deodorants, soaps, shampoos and especially - washing powder, razors and drugs inside the cabinet or out of reach of children. The bathroom should always be necessarily wiped off to have a dry floor, so kids do not slip. However, all glass shelves and mirrors should also be well secured (Pride, 1985, pp. 12-30).
