Abstract

The agenda has been defined as to consider the position of china as the fastest growing economy and a potential world power. All factors either in internal and external, and their effects of the global picture are evaluated. It may be safe to say that the fast growth of the Chinese economy shows no sign of aggression intents, and this can be an encouraging sign.

China

The People's Republic of China (PRC) is a single-party state governed by the Communist Party of China. Initially the country's political arrangement was based on dynasties which ended in the 1912 resulting in the foundation of the Republic of China which lasted till 1949 when the Chinese communists won against the nationalist and established the in Beijing on 1st October 1949. The People's Republic of China was admitted to the United Nations in 1971 and took the seat of the UN Security Council as a permanent member.

The county is an associate of many joint institutes, some of which being WTO, APEC, BRIC, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the G-20. China has become the world's quickest-rising most dominant economy since it introduced its dynamic market reforms in the 1970s, and enjoys the place as the world's second-major economy, after the US, both by nominal GDP and purchasing power parity, and as the biggest exporter and second-biggest importer of goods. China is recognized as the 3rd country to have independently launched a successful manned mission is space after America and the USSR in 2003, and is characterized by many as the potential superpower of the future.

National purpose

China's growing economic and military influence is clearly identifiable. There is immense anxiety because if it in Washington and may other places, about the future route of PRC power and policy. With reference to this concern, the Chinese President Hu Jintao has always assured that the county will never be an imperial power, or seek armed domination over anyone. The county is a peaceful nation, with aims of becoming an economic power insuring prosperity for its people and neighbors (James, 2010).

The peaceful rise if China is as evident in Central Asia as it is all the way through Asia. Many of the inclinations related with China's ascend and the new diplomacy started here in Asia, where the county took initiatives in the resolution of border disagreements, the introduction of new policies to give emphasis to equally advantageous economic and political relations with neighbors on China's border, referred to as the surrounding policy.
