China's World Factory

China's World Factory

Introduction

There are two major driving force of China's rise, one from China's own internal dynamics, that is, top-down government-led reform. The other is from the opening up of China into the global economy after the power from the outside, that global China's reform and bottom-up effects from the outside and inside. The one hand, globalization led to accelerate China's economic development, not globalization, China cannot finish with 30 years in other countries 200 years finishing with a modern road, the other hand, the deepening globalization of China's institutional reforms. In 2010, China passed Japan as the world second largest economy based on GDP figure. It now only has the United States above it, but it can only be a matter of years (10 to 15) before it reaches the top spot. A combination of cheap labour and a can do attitude has transformed China from a mainly agrarian society to one that has become the world's factory.

Discussion and analysis

China has become the world's factory. This assertion sounds like an overstatement, and it ignores such pioneering industries as aircrafts, cars, electronics, industrial machinery and military hardware where other nations still dominate, as well as down playing the role of other emerging manufacturing nations. However, when it comes to a wide range of mass-produced manufactured consumer goods and an increasing diversity of value- added products, china is king.

China's reform from the reflection and correction of socialism

First of all, socialism is a theory of the critical weaknesses of the product of capitalism, as a social form, it should be built on the basis of highly developed capitalism, it is the next stop the development of capitalism. Secondly, the socialist society based on public ownership, capitalism based on private ownership of property and the logical starting point, which is the cause of inequality, as opposed to the socialist deprivation by depriving those who approach from the social basis of communal ownership into private ownership, which laid the basis for social equality. Third, the socialist planned economy, rather than the free market economy, demand the production, distribution according to work, to ensure balanced economic development, not the capitalist economic crisis.

However, the theory does not mean that the actual process of perfection is not the problem, the design according to Marx, socialism should appear in the highly developed capitalist countries, but the emergence of the socialist world is not the case, which led to the socialist countries congenital deficiencies. In addition, creating a precise community of the socialist equality, people are the masters, not the capitalists, landlords, or all workers, but this does not greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the people, on the contrary lead to low productivity. Finally, the socialist planned economy, eliminating the oversupply of the capitalist economic crisis, but led to another economic crisis, that is extremely valuable supply shortage (Yao, 2008, 67-89).
