Introduction

In this paper we will analyze the topic relating to the classification of the types of writer. The paper also highlights different strategies used by the writers in order to improve their writing skills. The notion here does not depict that writers can use any one of the strategy, rather they can use as many strategies as they can, this helps them in improving their performance.

Researchers has studied how they perceive their task and write hundreds of authors, academics and literary. Compare the four basic strategies that apply to many other creative activities: the strategies of the architect, the builder, the oil painting and watercolor. Identifies what is the different role that each plays in pre-planning, the draft, writing and revision (Gerecht, 2001).

Classification of Types of Writer

Classification of the type of writer is based on how we work to keep improving our writing method. This post does not mean there is a distinction between good and bad writers, only that each one needs different conditions to write. The four strategies of writing mentioned earlier are discussed in detail as below.

The Architects Strategy

The architectural strategy, rather rationalist, follows the traditional process of planning, writing and revision, with an emphasis on pre-structuring of the text. The writer who used this strategy consciously choose their methods, focuses on the issue rather than the writing process more than others tend to let stand the text and does not need to write to clear thinking. He does not mind the screen size in computer typing. Authors are pragmatic, less sensitive to rewarding aspect of writing (Crampton, 2005). Interlinear editors is the best example of the writers who use the architect strategy. They tend to separate the lines of text by adding annotations between them on the paper. In this strategy, the writers are more focused on the planning before beginning the writing.

The Builders Strategy

Mason's strategy is to go running and putting part after part in the text. It seems that the author writes without rewriting, because it makes the task of editing and revising every sentence and every paragraph, before moving on to the next.
