Part 1: Deo Motors Code of Conduct

Code of conduct basically outlines the responsibilities and appropriate practices of the organization, which includes concepts like ethical codes and honor codes (Lenkic, 2011). As every company have certain code of conducts, Deo motors also have a code of conduct which outlines the principles, practices, values, standards, and behaviors that guides Deo's system, decision making, and procedures in a way that contributes to the welfare of its key stakeholders and respects the rights of all the constituents affects by its operations.

Every member of Deo Motors is responsible to uphold and extend this code of conduct. The following standards apply to all employees in Deo Motors Corporation:

Compliance with Laws and Rules

The company will attain an enriched society and sustainable development by cooperating with society in order to strive effectively to use its resources and to involve in activities that contribute to the society welfare.
