Like Korea and Japan to use a single language, the language of the country and the people who use more than one language is not easy to explore. However, a mixture of several languages, a social transition from one language into another language, code switching what is a very easy job and find phenomena.

Only community members spend most of the political community, a natural language is the language is very rare in the ecosystem. Korea is one of those rare examples. In a political community, dozens, hundreds of languages, including China and India, which bears the most social of the two or more tongue, people living in the community often to mention more than one tongue.

No doubt today in the schools teaching English language does not occupy too large a role the Korean education, much talked about increasing the hours of English in schools both primary and secondary education have been proposed ideas behind the ideas which until today and viewed from our perspective has not been effective. On the other hand, that learning another language in a foreign country produced is necessary to involve the family, since seeing the spot from a social, cultural and family can be a motivator of this learning. Eventually the students who learn a second language are benefited because it helps them better understand their first language, increase their vocabulary and therefore perform better in her school, university and work.

Korean citizens living overseas face a large number of problems. Not only issue regarding languages but also the cultural issues needed to be correct for the survival of the Koreans who want to live abroad.

Korean learners of English must discuss this second language in line with their customary traditions that can be observed in the way they speak English. Korean culture is both hierarchical and paternalistic, with age and sex predicating the manner in which people speak to each other. (Chun, p.15)

These cultural mores are fully expressible in Korean, but do not always translate into English.  How ever some cultures are acceptable in the western countries but most of them are not. In order to avoid this consequence an effective tool known as code switching is used. , which can be broadly defined as instances where speakers shift from one language to another, either in one or several turns of talk in general interaction.

The Koreans are still far short of international standards regarding the teaching of English language and according to our vision rests on some points which were discussed to reach a consensus.

Lack of professionals: Educators kindergarten, elementary school teachers, middle school teachers.

Lack of resources in the establishments: visual material, audiovisual, dictionaries, books, games and more.

College mesh: Unfortunately our university fits this point, since a weight is critical in terms of the classes that are taught during the teaching career in primary education has not been included in a bouquet of English as well as other universities.

Lack of universities that provide career: we believe that universities should open teaching careers in English or an English specialty.

Lack of opportunities for teachers: today, although many teachers who do not know English, a large percentage of them want to specialize but economic factors cannot achieve their objectives.
