Introduction

Cognition psychology is the branch of psychology that is concern with the mental process of the living thing. However, this mental process is connected with the concentration, generating remembering and understanding language, ability of solving problems, and finally making decisions. In short, this psychology basically focused on the how person thinks and interprets, perceive and learn the activities going on in front of him; that is the behavior they adopted.

Cognitive function however, it does not purely describe the function of the brain but rather it will describe the behavior in terms of information flow or function (Anderson, 2007). Memory loss and function of cognition influence people worldwide. This loss is the result of the diverse progressive, neurological disorder of the brain. If we see the role of brain in cognitive function, the process of intellectual through which a person become aware and recognizes and grasp the ideas is because of the brain; where the function of cognitive maintains the quality of meaning that involves different perception aspects, gratitude, concept and especially imagination (Anderson, 2007). What the brain face difficulty is when new information is transfer to the brain, cognitive function finds to be difficult to deal with and to react to the new situation.

Many scientist and researchers have identified the role of brain in cognitive functions. The variety of ways that explained the procedure brain cells maintain cognitive function. The cognitive function derives with the cerebrum that is basically invented by four diverse areas, which are termed as lobes. Four diverse areas are given responsibly to perform. However, these areas mostly serve a particular cognitive function. These functions comprise of the entire characteristics of perception.
