This assignment is based on building effective and positive relationships with adults, children and young people and how to maintain those relationships through means of strong communication.

Answer 1(A)

The ability to benefit from and participate in the setting and relationships that benefit young people and children are known as supportive relationships. In dealing with others, one needs to model and demonstrate effective communication skills so that they can effectively work towards supportive relationships. The manner of responding and approaching others must be considered in order to carry out effective communication (Barnes & Rowe, 2007, pp.312). If one has supportive relationships, they are more inclined towards communicating useful information to each other. To make communication more beneficial, effective and strong, the other adults and parents who come into the school can contribute towards it so that in return the other pupils can also get benefited from it.

Modelling of effective communication skills is also important for pupils so that they can understand the developed expectation within the school and can understand what others are communicating in case of excitement or stress. It will be harder for the pupils to understand the boundaries of acceptance if the persons who concentrate on ways of communicating, but forget themselves. One must think about the messages they are delivering and the manner in which they are relating to others since positive relationships and effective communication do not take place by chance. At times, unpleasant feeling can result to misunderstanding, especially in situations where there is a lack or breakdown of communication.

People will be more likely to communicate effectively if they are comfortable with the defined setting of any place, inevitable phenomenon are known as the principles of relationship building with adults and children in any defined context. Avoidance to each other might occur if people are suspicious of one another and cannot get along with each other comfortably. It is important to consider the ways in which the positive relationships are being developed; as such relationships are not something to be left on the chance. In a number of different ways, the relationships are built with others in school on a regular basis (Edmond & Price, 2012, pp.222). It is worth taking the time to consider whether they must be billed as most of the times such relationships in school are built without necessarily thinking about them. Many different forms of communication and for development of relationships with others are covered with means of effective communication.

Listen to their points of view and consideration of importance of respect and courtesy are necessary required in developing positive relationships with others.
