Introduction

The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently is one of the most important skills that can be gained by a healthcare professional. The act of effective interaction between individuals can be obtained by spoken words or by other means.

Effective communication is more than just talking, and is essential for the well-being of the individuals we care for. It includes body language, gestures, facial expressions, positioning and appearance. It is important to be aware of non-verbal communication when interacting with your individuals at work. We have many reasons to communicate and it is essential communication is done effectively without misunderstanding others or being misunderstood. Communication helps in communicating with:

Patients, residents, clients

Health care professionals

Managers and supervisors

Family and friends. 

Familiarity with the processes of communication is essential to explain that how the mechanisms shape human behavior in society. A keen interest in this issue is the emergence of new trends in the interpretation of the traditional pair of "individual-society." Assuming that the theory should perform three main functions - the predictions of fostering practice, the explanation, and the communication meets this requirement. It emphasizes on the role of direct contacts of the individual, who brings life to a system of interpersonal relationships, therefore it is the level of basic social situation. This causes the didactic and educational process with all its determinants. In this scheme, the value of this process of social communication is a departure from policy, the type of autocratic behavior, parenting willingness to deal, and at the same time offering a creative activity and tolerance, showing the potential development of the student and his resourcefulness. Communicative competence of teachers is necessary to help the student to the extent of their own capabilities, determine an individual strategy work. Aid personal development, education susceptibility, psychological and interpersonal maturity, associated with life in society, not only determines the possibility of reconciliation with the internal orientation of the direction determined by external circumstances, but also causes consonance with the actions of others, empathy and understanding on their part.

This concept of development and maturity should be paired with the properties of communication, since this will facilitate the possibility of developing an individual optimal orientation of the individual, aiming at self action. In accordance with the principles of Rogers, the learning process must be fully and responsibly in order to involve those who are interested in their own development, which are open to new experiences and are able to embed itself in the process of change. It appears that the formation of interpersonal relationships, taking place in an atmosphere of trust, from the outside in an atmosphere of psychological safety, non-action, personality of the pupil and fashions in favor of those activities that develop personal autonomy to succeed that's the premise of interpersonal communication, which clearly defines the creation of human creativity, responsible, capable and self-development.
