How open do you believe communication is?

Effective business communication is the lifeblood of every organization. Communication is the backbone of business, and those who possess such an ability to communicate effectively are those most likely to succeed in competitive business environments. efficient communication exhibits properties which decrease conflicts, augment efficiency as well as allow firms to operate in a more coherent fashion so in my view their must be open environment to communicate with any one either the person is your director or the lower staff member.

Do you believe you currently have a supportive or defensive communications climate (or some combination of both)? In what way is this climate illustrated?

Defensive communication occurs, all participants said that everything is OK and will be smooth. Some of them can be attributed to poor habits - lack of training and poor communication skills. There is some potential and common causes that have contributed to the institutional barriers.

Personal Characteristic

A personal characteristic is one of the most serious problems. People have their own views and personal opinions to perceive how they could work, work, socialize, thought, and much more. Some are defensive, and some of them are compatible relationship. Source credibility refers to the receiver in confidence and trust in the source. If the receiver has little or no trust in the source, it will be difficult for two people to communicate.
