Community based programs for juveniles

Introduction

Main objective of this paper is to identify various kinds of community based programs for minors and relate which of these programs would be more suitable for the juvenile offenders. Internationally there are many programs available that can be related to educational/ informational, social, health related, compulsory etc. Students generally below 18 years of age (considered minor in US) opt for activities that can benefit them for advancing into good colleges or qualify for student based scholarships.
