Compare and Contrast the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution

United States of America is bound to obey the two constitutions since its establishment. It started operating through the Articles of Confederation. The Articles of Confederation is a document prepared on 15 November 1777 by the Second Continental Congress, meeting of the thirteen colonies it became states and constituents of the United States.
