Abstract

In this study we try to explore the concept of “Criminal Justice System” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Criminal Justice System” and its relation with “Rewards Systems”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “Criminal Justice System” and tries to gauge its effect on “Rewards Systems”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “Criminal Justice System” and tries to describe the overall effect of “Criminal Justice System” on “Rewards Systems”.

Introduction

A criminal justice system is a set of lawful and communal institutions for imposing the criminal law in agreement with a definite set of practical rules and boundaries. In the United States, there are different federal, state, and military criminal justice systems, and each state has different systems for adults and youth (Melvin, 2003).

Criminal justice scheme encompasses some foremost subsystems, comprising of one or more governmental bureaus and their employees: the police and other bureaus of regulation enforcement; test and appellate enclosures, prosecutors and public defender's agency, flexibility parole and probation organizations, detention locations (prisons, prisons, jails, rehabilitation hubs, etc); and amendments agencies (responsible for some or all of parole, probation, and detention functions) (John, 2005). In some nations, the judgments have guidelines commission. Legislators and other, who selected into agency, though usually deficient of any direct function in individual cases, have a most important affect on the preparation of criminal laws and criminal justice guidelines (Clarice, 2004). These principles are furthermore powerfully leveraged by the newspapers and public enterprises and of workers, who have a significant function in criminal justice matters (Ken, 2005).
