Dear Mr. James Lee,

I wish to complain about the corporate gifts that I purchased from your company. These gifts included pens, cups, mouse pads and other gift items for our organization. This was the first time that your organization gave me an issue regarding the delivery of products during this long period of our commitment with your organization. The reason why I am complaining is because 100 cups when delivered were cracked and 50 cups were of wrong colour.

When I first identified this issue in the delivery of the ordered products, I called your organization to complain about this issue in the delivered products but no reply of satisfaction was given to me. I was kept on hold and my request was forwarded to three different people and I had to repeat my request again and again to these three different people but still I did not get any satisfied response from the representatives of your organization. In my opinion, this kind of a response from your organization was unfair and you should look over your employees and representatives to have knowledge about the company's on goings and provide good knowledge to the customers who seek any kind of information from your organization. It has been six weeks since I have requested the complaint to work on the issues that occurred in the delivery of my ordered products but your staff did not give me a single call for responding to my complaint. No one called me to give me a satisfying response about my complaint. This kind of a non responsive attitude from the staff of your organization was very disappointing and created a lack of trust for your organization. This non responsive attitude from your organization has disappointed me and has become an obstacle in our organization's commitment towards your gifts company. If this attitude of your staff and the delay in responding to my complaints continues, then I would have to think about placing future orders to your organization

I would like you to respond to this letter of mine and replace the cups that I found cracked when the order was delivered to me. I would also appreciate if you replace the cups that were different from the colour which I ordered. I would also suggest you to keep an eye on the activities of your ...
