This is the era of technology; the advancement of technology has blessed us with a lot of ways to communicate. Telephone is the primary source of communication among the tools of communication. The increase of usage of these cellular phones or cordless have also required an increased vigilance on the privacy and the confidentiality of information (Battle, 2006). You have to be alert from being spoofed by con artists on the telephone which is a common activity of fraud. It has been learned from many examples in past that these con artists are very charming and skilled psychopath. They know how to choose words and use them cunningly. They pretend themselves as a sincere person and know the tricks to get sympathy. This charm is not deeper than skin and once they feel that the trick is not working they even start threatening (Benedek, Ash & Scott, 2002).
