These types of activities are very harmful for organization as it creates a bad image of organization in the society or sometimes serves as the reason for the sexual cases. While, on the other side, the disadvantage of this agreement is that it may affects processes in some organizations such as learning process of the educational organizations. Another important disadvantage of the CRA is that it may works as a factor that demotivates the employees of the organization.
