Introduction

The Constitution of the United States is the law of the Highest Standard and prestige. The Constitution of United States is the base for the association of the United States administration and the connection of the federal government with the states, citizens, and all people. The Constitution of the United States got formed on 17 September 1787, which lays down their political and legal regulations. It provides an integrated republic model of presidential system in which the President of both state and head of government takes decisions. The political system is characterized by many as “checks and balances "called separation of powers from, legislation, control and authority to act separately, but through extensive entanglement against each other (Billias, 2009).

Whereas The Constitution of California is the document that institutes and illustrates the responsibilities, authority, formation and purpose of the government of the state of California, the United States. The original constitution, adopted in 1849 by the Republic of California prior to the accession of California to statehood in 1850, got outmoded by the present constitution which got approved in the year 1879. Since 1911, the Constitution of the State of California got revised approximately 425 times. It was the most comprehensive constitution and the third longest in the world (behind that of Alabama and India) and got described as "a perfect example of what a constitution should not be".
